¿Qué dicen de nosotros?

The people working here are very kind and caring! They make sure you feel welcome. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The garbage was taken out everyday and fresh towels and sheets were provided. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The view from the terrace was amazing. The area is very quiet and nevertheless super close to everything. The beach and supermarkets are 5-10min by foot. The bus stop Puerto Rico is just 1 minute away, from which you can get to everywhere quickly. Overall a very good and relaxing stay. Definitely will come again.

Waw, is amazing accomodation, the owner Carmello is great man very helpfull!! Lovely view from the appartment, just 5 min from bus station and beach. Sun on the terrace all day I love it !! Very clean, TV, bathroom, fridge, freezer,sofa terrace, swiming pool absolutelly amazing property !! Thanks Carmello Hasta luego !!

There is nothing to be said that hasn't already about this place! The location is brilliant and is close to everything you need. The apartments are spotless and cleaned regularly by friendly staff and also have all the amenities you could possibly need. Carmelo is such a friendly and helpful host and made our stay very enjoyable. The pool is clean and modern, there is air con in the apartment and ample balcony space. For the price that is charged here, you will not find anywhere better! Faultless.

Our stay at Monte Verde was such a pleasure. Rooms are clean and very spacious with really nice terrace. We spent only 2 nights but we enjoyed every minute of it. But the beat thing about Monte Verde is owner. Very helpful, always smiling and being nice. We recommend Monte Verde apartments and if we ever come back to the island we will sleep in Monte Verde again.
